Important Shipping Information - When ordering online your shipping costs are not calculated immediately. We ship from the closest warehouse with inventory to save you money. Upon receipt of your order we calculate shipping and email you the costs before processing your order. Your credit card is not charged at the time of the order. We only charge actual shipping costs. Many orders are shipped LTL Common Freight Carrier for additional savings. We ship throughout the United States, Canada and Internationally.  We welcome  government orders (APO orders are accepted) and international enquiries. We have strategically placed distribution warehouses across the United States. We do not include freight in the prices advertised in an effort to provide you with the lowest price possible. Freight charges vary with quantity and the distance the product must be shipped, thus to get you the best possible price freight charges are handled on an individual basis. When you are quoted a price the freight cost will be itemized for you. We ship from strategically located warehouses across the U.S. How will I receive my order? Only the most reputable and well respected shipping companies will deliver to you.  Most products are UPS shippable. We try to choose the most economical shipping method.  Someone will have to be present to accept and inspect the delivery for accuracy and possible damages. Delivery Time Once you have completed your purchase you may expect delivery in three to seven business days, provided the materials you requested are present in our warehouse. Regions outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states, including Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska may require additional shipping days. Returns We have a 20% restocking fee on all returns.  Please contact us for an RMA number and for the return shipping location.  Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges.
