Return Policy Overview
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization # and shipping details prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping cost. All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company.
How to Start a Return
- Step 1: Contact us at [email protected]
- Step 2: Receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with the return ship to address
- Step 3: Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Step 4: Refund is processed once the return is received, inspected, and approved
Damaged Shipments
If any merchandise is damaged in shipment, please take photos and notify the carrier if they are on site, and contact us right away. We are always available to answer any questions about our products and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Defective Products
If you receive any product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at [email protected]. Please email photos of the defect if possible so we can expedite the replacement.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Custom orders include such items as spill containment berms, drain covers, anti-fatigue mats, and other products that we offer in custom sizes not normally listed on our website. Please double-check all specifications before placing a custom order.
