Government & Commercial Accounts
We accept Purchase Orders from Federal, State, and Local Government agencies, public schools, colleges, universities, Fortune 500 companies, and most publicly traded US corporations. See our Government Purchases Info page for more details.
Setting Up a Credit Account
Need to set up a credit account? Complete our Credit Application (PDF format, Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and fax it along with your signed Purchase Order to (909) 591-2350. Questions? Email [email protected].
International Orders
Orders and inquiries outside of the United States are welcome. Please email your inquiries to [email protected] and we'll provide a custom shipping quote for your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact us for an RMA number and shipping details before returning any items. All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
If merchandise is damaged in shipment, please take photos and notify the carrier first, then contact us. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days — there's no restocking fee and we'll replace it immediately.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are not returnable. Custom orders include items such as spill containment berms, drain covers, anti-fatigue mats, and other products that we offer in custom sizes not normally listed on our website. Please double-check all specifications before placing a custom order.
