Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.
Please contactΒ [email protected]Β for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping details prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping costs. All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company. Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges.
Damaged Shipments
If any merchandise is damaged in shipment, please take photos and notify the carrier first and then contact us.
Manufacturer Defects
If you receive any product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) atΒ [email protected]Β or (800) 869-9633. There is no restocking fee or shipping cost to you. We will replace it immediately.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not returnable. Custom orders include such items as spill containment berms, drain covers, anti-fatigue mats, and other products that we offer in custom sizes not normally listed on our website.
