Our six portable safety showers include tank, mobile cart and decontamination models. This safety equipment also comes with portable eye wash stations built in. The completely self-contained units operate without requiring a plumbed water supply. All units are suitable for both indoors or outside operation.
Easy access to safety showers is essential to prevent worker injuries following exposure to harmful materials. A portable shower and eyewash combination unit supports OSHA requirements for fast response and first aid treatment. Stage them onsite where workers handle hazardous chemicals or substances that pose safety risks. Use it to quickly flush irritants from the body, eye and face.
These emergency eyewash stations and showers are a great option for remote locations without reliable access to plumbing or electricity. This includes construction, oil and gas fields, as well as temporary installation work areas and accident sites. They are also an excellent back up option when plumbed shower equipment undergoes routine maintenance.
Use this hazmat emergency shower to dilute contaminants from protective clothing before its removal. This lightweight and portable shower equipment quickly deploys in under one minute.
A compact, heavy duty carrying case doubles as the non-slip platform base. Four lay-flat hoses activate and become rigid under water pressure. The hoses form a high-visibility curved frame with 16 spray nozzles (four on each hose). It delivers 360° decontamination with water flow of up to 462 gallons per minute.
Operate this safety equipment in ambient temperatures between 41 and 95°F. This unit is an excellent option for emergency first responders, fire service units, or petrochemical industries.
Our three self-contained and portable safety shower/eyewash stations are easy to maneuver by one person. The integrated stainless steel frame cart has large diameter pneumatic tires. Attach the built-in tow hitch to a tractor or small vehicle for fast and efficient transportation. Adjustable wheel spacing permits these mobile units to fit through commercial doorways for indoor/outdoor use.
These shower/eyewash station combination units have a 30 gallon pressurized cylinder with polypropylene-lining. Fill the corrosion-resistant tank using a connection hose and water main. A quick-connecting overhead drench hose shower head delivers 20 GPM for approximately one and a half minutes.
The closed bowl eye wash unit uses a pull tray activation, which also keeps it free contaminants when not in use. This portable eyewash has twin diffusers with a gentle 3 GPM flow of aerated water.
The freeze protection model is suitable for cold climates, Class 1 Division 2 hazardous areas, and non-hazardous areas.
Gravity-fed tank showers are ideal for non-hazardous environments that lack plumbed or sufficient water pressure. Their freeze protection design includes a dual safety thermostat and 110V immersion heater. These features ensure a tepid water temperature regardless of climate conditions. Units ship ready to assemble on-site.
The hollow section galvanized steel frame design is earthquake-proof. It also conforms to the California Building Code. The container has a fiberglass outer casing with single-piece polyethylene tank. An external water level indicator provides quick visibility of the tank's water levels.
Both models have a low-pressure shower rose to spray flushing water over the full body. The 528 gallon (Item AQS2000J) model meets ANSI Z358.1 even without plumbed water supply: This ANSI standard requires 20 GPM tepid water flow for 15 minutes. The internal mount eye and face wash station activates through a lift-up protective lid. Its twin spray heads deliver a gentle 3GPM water flow.
Our emergency safety showers feature quality construction and materials. Components will withstand a variety of climates and conditions. This includes corrosion resistant pipework, to heavy duty valves and activation handles.
Freeze-protection shower units with trace tape heating and insulation ensure a tepid water flow in hot or cold temperatures.
