It is the easiest to lift open and shut on the market. No need to remove the the drum pumps while storing drums due to the height of the protective cover. The cover is secured to the low-profile pallet (7 3/4" H) at four points, two of which are lockable.  This is the most economical hard top covered spill containment pallet on the market.
