Returns: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization # and shipping details prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping cost. All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company.
If any merchandise is damaged in shipment please take photos and notify the carrier first and then us.
If you receive any product that has a manufacture defective please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at email@example.com or (800)869-9633. There is no restocking fee or shipping cost to you. We will replace it immediately. We have been in business since 1985 and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Custom orders are not returnable. Custom orders include such items as spill containment berms, drain covers, anti fatigue mats and other products that we offer custom sizes not normally listed on our website.
