This Containment Wall Berm delivers a great solution for long-term, high-capacity spill containment. The hard, modular components quickly assemble onsite as a sturdy and effective containment berm. It features a strong polyethylene liner to capture leaks or spills from tanker trucks, frac tanks, large containers and more.

Available as a one, two, or three-foot high modular system, it provides superior containment capacity to other foam wall or collapsible wall berms. Wall and corner pieces easily to join together using a molded-in locking peg design.

Heavy Duty Components

The interlocking wall and corner modular components are made of durable, roto-molded yellow polyethylene. The pieces are hard-wearing, yet lightweight enough to move and install without lifting equipment. Built-in pegs lock each module together and allow you to construct different shape spill containment areas.

A black, textured LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) membrane liner creates an impermeable barrier to capture leaks and spills. You may wish to use an optional berm accessory, like track mats or ground tarp, to provide additional protection and preserve the liner's lifespan.

These containment wall systems are available in one, two, or three foot heights with dimensions of 10' up to 68 feet wide. The hard wall sections measure approximately 10 feet (1'H), 8 feet (2'H) and 6 feet (3'H) long.

Because individual components overlap as they join, the overall containment area will be slightly smaller once you fully assemble the system. Additional components are available for purchase to expand your system's containment capacity, or, as replacements if necessary.

High-Capacity Spill Containment

Offering up to 83,582 gallon capacity, these modular systems provide superior containment in comparison to most other units on the market. The customizable berm system comes with corner and wall height sections of one, two, or three feet. Each component interlocks with built-in pegs to create a large, semi-permanent containment area.

Available in a range of sizes, these versatile units provide useful onsite secondary containment for frac tanks and other large equipment including vehicles and tanker trucks. Unlike many secondary containment berms, this containment wall system is not secured to the substrate. This makes them ideal for use on a variety of surfaces, including sand, rocky soil, muddy soil, frozen soil as well as concrete areas, and parking lots.

Quick & Easy to Install

The wall and corner sections of this rugged, modular spill containment berm feature a molded-in locking peg design for easy assembly. This allows you to quickly set up your containment wall system, without the need for any special tools or equipment.

Join the modular wall sections and corners to form almost any size and shape spill containment space. You may reconfigure your system with different dimensions for containment needs at future site locations.

A rugged liner insert wraps up and over the modular berm support structure walls. Use the 8-foot long clips to hold the liner in place by snapping them over the barrier sides. For a more tidy appearance, you may trim any excess liner away with a utility knife.

When drive-in access for vehicles or equipment is necessary, simply lift and unlock the wall components on one side of the unit. After maintenance or work operations are complete, the secondary containment system is easy to disassemble for re-use on future sites. Wall and corner components easily stack for easy storage or transportation.

Assembly Instructions

1. Clear the containment site from debris or obstructions, including sharp sticks or stones.
2. Place the liner on the ground and unfold (use an optional ground tarp beneath it, if desired).
3. Position and connect straight and corner section components, by inserting the molded-pegs into the holes of the adjoining piece to lock them together.
4. Once you assemble three sides of the support structure, lay the liner over the walls.
5. Snap clips over the liner and walls to secure the liner - press firmly or use a rubber mallet to fit.
6. Load vehicles, tanks, or other equipment before installing the final wall with remaining liner clips.
7. If you wish, trim the liner edges to create a cleaner finish.

Technical Information

Interlocking, roto-molded yellow polyethylene wall and corner modular components. Black, 30 mil, co-extruded textured linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) geomembrane liner (contains carbon black and ultraviolet inhibitors to ensure protection against UV degradation). Please see our Polyethylene Chemical Resistance Guide for more detailed information. Static use temperature: -70°F minimum to 180°F maximum. 17 lbf tear resistance and 36 lbf puncture resistance.
