Versatile and Modular Storage Of All Your Gas Cylinders
These racks keep your facility organized. You can use them to sort by gas content, or separate out full tanks from empty cylinders. Our catalog features a wide array of styles, from single to multiple bays up to four tanks deep. They’re modular, too, so you can build the perfect configuration.
In facilities needing frequent tank access, mount two or more gas tank storage racks back to back in the middle of the warehouse floor. For sites with less space availability, position single deep racks along your warehouse walls.
Floor mounting holes of 0.531” diameter are pre drilled on the bottom of the rack frames. This allows you to install and secure the gas cylinder barricade rack in any location you need, such as against a wall or centrally in your storage or loading zone. For seismic installations, use A35350J S4-rated anchor bolts (not included).

For operations needing to store fuels and oxidizers in close proximity, consider a fire barrier. These welded steel panels create a one-hour fire barrier between cylinders. They exceed the minimum NFPA 55, OSHA, and CGA standards for separation of oxidizers and flammable gases.
Safety snap caps offer additional security against tampering. This lockable steel cap restricts access to the cylinder control and regulator attachment. However, its simple design allows access to the valve handle (without having to remove the cap and replace the regulator) whenever you need to use the cylinder.
In seismic zones A, B, C, D, E and F, use anchor bolts to mount gas cylinder storage racks on unbroken concrete. We also have a replacement steel chain to separate and secure your cylinders in rows.
Compliance Information
